MONDAY
"Hello Monday" is a 6-session program designed to equip leaders with the tools and strategies needed to excel in their upcoming week. By emphasizing week-ahead preparation, we map out priorities, role-play necessary conversations practicing empathy and candor, plan for ways to recognize and prioritize people, and make space for surprise and delight. Clients will approach each Monday with confidence and purpose, ready to tackle what lies ahead.
