COACHING

Results driven care that focuses on YOU

MEET PATRI

Hi, I’m Patricia.

Long before I became a coach, I was a leader.

I spent more than two decades with the American Red Cross, leading successful teams and doing work I cared deeply about. But over time, I realized that the part of leadership I found most rewarding wasn't achieving the goal or hitting the next milestone.

It was helping people recognize what they were capable of—and watching what happened when they did.

That realization eventually led me to coaching.

Today, I'm an Executive Coach, certified life coach, certified executive coach, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and creator of Her Next Narrative™. My coaching combines curiosity, practical leadership experience, strengths-based development, and a deep belief in the resourcefulness of the person sitting across from me.

After years of coaching women at different stages of their careers—from emerging leaders to seasoned executives—I began to notice a common thread.

Confidence.

Remarkably capable women would sit across from me and tell me they'd lost theirs.

Sometimes it followed difficult feedback, a setback, or an unexpected transition. Sometimes there was no defining event at all. They had simply stopped seeing in themselves what their lives had demonstrated again and again.

And I began to wonder: What if confidence wasn't something they needed to build, but something they could find their way back to?

Because capable women don't always need another strategy, another credential, or someone telling them how to become more confident.

Sometimes they need the space to stop, examine the full evidence of their lives, and recognize what has been true all along.

I became fascinated by that gap.

Because these women hadn't suddenly become less capable.

They had lost sight of the evidence of their capability.

That insight became the foundation for Her Next Narrative™, a coaching methodology designed to help women uncover the evidence their lives have already provided, recognize what that evidence reveals about who they are, rebuild self-trust, and act from that knowing.

  • I won't hand you an identity.

  • We'll uncover yours.

  • We don't manufacture confidence here.

  • We uncover the evidence that makes self-trust possible.

And while coaching is work I love, it isn't the only thing that lights me up.

I'm an unapologetic lover of food—cooking it, eating it, talking about it, and traveling around the world in pursuit of it. But my favorite place is still my own table, surrounded by people I care about and feeding them something I've created just for them.

Which, now that I think about it, may not be entirely unrelated to how I coach.
Come sit with me.

Let's pay attention to what's already true.
